Shaun Cartwright, Business Trainer & Coach
Shaun Cartwright started work at a major HVAC wholesale distributor in 1988 and transitioned two years later to his first HVAC contractor.  From 1990-1997, Shaun was a journeyman sheet metal technician.  In 1998, he joined another contractor and held multiple roles throughout his decade-long career there as the Service, Sales, Installation, and Operations Managers.  Shaun was instrumental in transitioning the company from a primarily new construction contractor to a residential add-on replacement contractor.  In 2008, Shaun joined a Kitsap County contractor as their General Manager to help turn around the company from declining profits.  It was here that he was able to implement the industry’s best practices, and a year later, the company went from a negative net profit to double digit net profit, where it is being sustained today.  In 2009, he became part owner and President of a South King County HVAC contractor and after implementing the industry’s best practices, doubled the company’s revenue in 12 months.

David Norman, Technical Training
David Norman started working in the HVAC industry in 1979 as an install and service technician.  In the following years, he went to several top industry schools and graduated with honors.  He went on to become an HVAC instructor at a local vo-tech school in 1991 and has been the department head since 1996.  David joined a HVAC wholesale distributor in 1997 as their Field Service Representative and he was one of the first in the nation to get all three NATE Certifications required by the manufacturer.  He has also been able to influence the licensing requirements in the state of Washington by serving on several state appointed committees.  David currently serves on the advisory board for several local community colleges and has served on the board for the Washington chapter of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA).

Shannan Kiblinger, Sales Support & Business Trainer
In 1986, Shannan Kiblinger started his working career for a sheet metal manufacturing shop.   Over the next 10 years, he worked his way up through the company doing a variety of positions within the distributor side of the HVAC industry.  He accepted the position of an Equipment Territory Manager in 1996.  His territory started at a very small dollar amount and through many training classes and on the job experiences in the industry, he was able to grow his territory into a mature well developed territory.  During this period, he helped many HVAC contractors successfully grow their businesses and has received many awards along the way. These included 11 sales achievement awards and a Salesman of the Year award. Over his last 5 years he was recognized as being a Top 20 performer for sales in the nation for a specific brand of equipment. Three out of the 5 years he was ranked #1 in the nation for the amount of a specific brand of equipment sales.

Angie Tjoelker, Business Trainer & Coach
Angie Tjoelker graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a Special Education major in 2005.  As often happens with life, she ended up going into a different field and fell into a job at a Pierce County HVAC contractor, working in different support positions with the sales, install, service and maintenance departments.  In early 2009, she joined Shaun Cartwright to help a Kitsap County contractor recover from declining profits.  She was instrumental in helping set up office structure and put the better office practices in place to ensure that CSR’s dispatched correctly and captured every opportunity over the phone.  Through her efforts combined with Shaun’s, the company went from a negative net profit to a double digit net profit in under a year.  In late 2009, she joined Shaun at a South King County HVAC Contractor, and also put the industry’s best practices in place to help the company double their revenue in 12 months.
